Refund policy
We aim to create and deliver products for your appreciation and satisfaction. ALter Eat's return or exchange policy applies only if the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered. All refund and replacement requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the order. Factors such as like/dislike are not eligible reasons for refund or cancellation.
We do not provide any guarantee for the ziplock mechanism of the pouches.
DAMAGED DELIVERY
While we ensure the highest quality when packing each order, there might be very rare circumstances of damage when shipping. Please do not accept a shipment that shows signs of damage in transit. You can decline to accept a damaged order and ask the delivery person to return the order.
In these cases of genuine damages or quality/manufacturing defect, contact altereatindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order with the photos and videos of the package and its contents including shipping label on the box. We will either help you with a replacement or initiate a refund against the same.
INCORRECT DELIVERY
We double check all our orders before packing and shipping them to you.
However, if you happen to receive your order with the wrong or missing items, contact altereatindia@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order with the photos and videos of the package and its contents including shipping label on the box. We will either help you with a replacement or initiate a refund against the same.
